• In case of individual guests the ordered services can be cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival without cancellation fee. In case of cancellation in 7 days the guest should count with the following cancellation policy:
7-4 days before arrival 50% of the ordered services
4-2 days before arrival 75% of the ordered services
48 days before arrival or in case of No-show 100% of the ordered services should be paid.
• In case of unsecured reservations the hotel guarantees the room till 6 pm. In case of late check in please confirm your booking in e-mail or on telephone or else the reservation will be cancelled automatically!
• In case of cancellation we cannot pay the deposits back.
